How long does shipping take?

Orders usually process in [1–3 business days].
After that, delivery typically takes [3–7 business days] depending on your location and the carrier.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer FREE U.S. shipping on all orders.

Will I get tracking?

Yes. As soon as your order ships, you’ll get a tracking link sent to your email.
Tracking can take 24–48 hours to start updating.

My tracking says “Delivered” but I don’t have it. What do I do?

First, check:
• Your mailbox / porch / side door
• Any parcel lockers
• With neighbors or household members

Then contact your local carrier for more details.

Can I change my address after ordering?

Maybe, but you have to email us ASAP at sundaystitches@mail.com.
If the order has already shipped, we may not be able to change it.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we may be able to cancel it.
Email sundaystitches@mail.com as soon as possible.

Do you accept returns or refunds?

Because our items are made to order, we do not accept returns for:
• Changing your mind
• Ordering the wrong size
• Color differences from screen settings

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Email us within 48 hours of delivery at sundaystitches@mail.com with:
• Your order number
• Photos of the item
• Photos of the packaging (if possible)

Are your items made in the USA?

Yes, our items are made in the USA.

Will the colors look exactly like the photos?

We do our best to show colors accurately, but screens can vary slightly from device to device.
