Returns

Because our items are made to order, we do not accept returns for:
• Buyer’s remorse / changed mind
• Ordering the wrong size
• Color differences due to screen settings

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please email sundaystitches@mail.com within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Your order number
• Photos of the item
• Photos of the packaging (if possible)

After review, we will offer a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows Delivered but you can’t find your package:
• Check around your home/mailbox
• Ask neighbors/household members
• Contact the carrier for delivery details

If it still can’t be located, email us and we’ll help you with next steps.

Address Issues

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
If you need to update it, email us immediately. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change it.

Refunds

If a refund is approved:
• It will be issued to your original payment method
• Refund timing depends on your bank (usually 3–10 business days)
